INGREDIENTS

Pork neck, salt, natural spices and seasoning (pepper, allspice, bay leaf, cumin, coriander, mustard), dextrose, antioxidant (citric acid), preservative (sodium nitrite - protection against bacteria), natural smoke flavour from beech wood. This fine meat product has been obtained through a natural slow cooking and smoking process by using exclusively beech wood. Ready to eat.
Store at a temperature between +2°C and +4°C. After opening, please consume within 2 days.
