Cancellation Policy

As we are only delivered made to order fresh meat products we won’t be able to accept and returns or refunds unfortunately. If, however, you have just placed an order and would like to cancel within 24 hours, this is possible by emailing us at contact@finemeats.ro within 24hrs of placing an order.

In accordance with Government Order 34/2014 (c), withdrawing from a meat-based products agreement purchase won’t be possible due to the condition of the products we sell (perishable premium meat products).
