INGREDIENTS

Pork neck, water, salt, black pepper, dextrose, flavors, stabilizer (diphosphate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (sodium nitrite - protection against bacteria). Product slowly cooked and naturally smoked over beech wood. Ready to eat. Please consume within 2 days from opening.
Store at a temperature between +2°C and +4°C.
