Shipping and Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We deliver our meat-based products using specialised courier services to ensure the cold chain is maintained where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery Times:<\/strong> Orders are usually processed within <strong>3-5<\/strong> business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivery Areas:<\/strong> We currently deliver nationwide to <strong>Romania <\/strong>and in the <strong>European Union.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsibility:<\/strong> According to <strong>OUG 34\/2014, Art. 20<\/strong>, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Right of Withdrawal (Exemptions)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Romanian law (<strong>Art. 16, lit. d and e of OUG 34\/2014<\/strong>), the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days <strong>does not apply<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Perishable Goods:<\/strong> Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., fresh meat, processed meat products with short shelf lives).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sealed Health\/Hygiene Items:<\/strong> Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed by the consumer after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> For these products, all sales are final once delivered in good condition, and they cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Non-Perishable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any non-perishable items sold on our site (e.g., branded merchandise, specialized knives, or long-shelf-life canned goods), you have the right to return them within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of receipt without providing a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Return Costs:<\/strong> You are responsible for the direct cost of returning these items unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condition:<\/strong> Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or does not match your order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Notification:<\/strong> Please contact us immediately (within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of delivery) at <strong>contact@finemeats.ro<\/strong> or <strong>+40 743 398 244<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evidence:<\/strong> We kindly ask you to provide photos of the product and the delivery label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resolution:<\/strong> If the fault is ours, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you, as per the legal warranty of conformity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds are processed within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of the date we approve your request.
